EXCHANGE & RETURNS PROCESS

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/credit/refund.
We will approve all exchanges/returns as long as the garment is in unworn condition.(we send you email after 30min of receive your exchange/return )

• Request (exchange or store credit) - If you are requesting an exchange, please include the new size needed.

Disclaimer on lost or stolen packages
Please provide a safe address to receive your package. If the packages are "Delivered" via the USPS system but not received by the customer, it will be considered stolen. Umba Love will then submit an insurance claim, but this takes time to process. Best is to provide a safe address upon shipping. Lost packages (packages that do not show as "Delivered" via USPS tracking system) are at the responsibility of Umba Love to provide a new item to the customer.
