Shipping Policy

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), DHL and FedEx Priority shipping for both domestic and international packages.

If you need faster shipping, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

If you have any other shipping requirements, please notify us at the time of your order.

Disclaimer on lost or stolen packages

Please provide a safe address to receive your package. If the packages are "Delivered" via the USPS system but not received by the customer, it will be considered stolen. Umba Love will then submit an insurance claim, but this takes time to process. Best is to provide a safe address upon shipping. Lost packages (packages that do not show as "Delivered" via USPS tracking system) are at the responsibility of Umba Love to provide a new item to the customer.

Disclaimer on International Packages

Customs fees may apply in some countries and will be the responsibility of the customer

Return & Exchange Policy

Email us at lyasszouhaire@gmail.com for a return authorization. The email should include the following:
• Name
• Address
• Order number
• Request (exchange or store credit or your money back ) - If you are requesting an exchange, please include the new size needed.

We will promptly process your request. Please include a copy of the return authorization email with your return.
